Cancellation policies are not applied correctly if you have a multiple payment option. Additionally, taxes and fees are refunded, which may not be aligned with the hostβs cancelation policy. Hosts still pay taxes on the portion we keep from a cancelation and many hosts base their cancelation policy on the total booking amount due to fees from stripe and other 3rd parties. We need an option to eliminate guest initiated cancelations from the guest portal so the host can manually refund the guest in Stripe until this issue is resolved.
