Problem statement:
Currently, percentage-based promo codes for Direct bookings only apply to the nightly rate. Hosts cannot choose to have the discount apply to fees (e.g., cleaning fees) or the total booking amount. This creates confusion for guests when the advertised discount percentage doesn't match what they see applied.
Current workaround:
Hosts must either hide fees within the nightly rate (which makes the discount appear smaller than advertised) or explain the discrepancy to guests manually.

Add a customization option when creating promo codes to select which components the discount applies to: nightly rate only, fees only, or the total booking amount.
Unlock:
Hosts would be able to offer transparent discounts that match guest expectations, improving the booking experience and reducing support inquiries.
