Option to delay "Reservation sync failed" emails until the second attempt.

In some cases, our second attempt to block the calendar is successfull and so when hosts go to check after receiving the "Reservation sync failed" email, the dates are already blocked. This would save hosts having to check and not send them that email redundantly.
