Option to disable Direct guest review request email / Direct reviews

Ability to turn off the automated “leave a review” email that Hospitable sends to Direct guests after check-out (Guest Portal review request).

We prefer to collect reviews only on an external platform (e.g., Facebook/Google) and don’t want guests receiving a second prompt that encourages leaving a review inside Hospitable/Direct instead.

Add a setting (global and/or per property) to:

  • Disable the Direct guest review-request email after check-out, and/or

  • Disable Direct guest reviews entirely

Why this matters:

  • Hosts with an established review strategy on Facebook/Google want to avoid splitting reviews across platforms

  • Reduces guest confusion from multiple review requests

  • Gives hosts more control over the guest experience and branding

Workaround today:

Hosts can send their own after-checkout message with a Facebook/Google link, but the Hospitable Direct review email still sends autom
