Option to Disable Guest Cleanliness Ratings Until Available to All Teammates

Problem Statement:

• Cleaners can currently view guest cleanliness ratings in the Tasks App
• Other teammates (inspectors, check-in teammates, etc.) cannot see these ratings
• This creates an inconsistent experience where some teammates have visibility and others don't

Current Workaround:

• There is no workaround — inspectors simply cannot see guest cleanliness feedback that cleaners can access

Impact:

• Inspectors cannot reference guest feedback when evaluating cleaning quality
• Creates confusion about who has access to what information
• Makes it difficult to hold cleaners accountable using guest feedback when inspectors are involved

Proposed Solution:

• Add a setting to disable guest cleanliness ratings visibility for all teammates
• Ratings should only appear once the feature is available to all teammate roles consistently

Unlock:

• Teammates would have consistent access to guest cleanliness feedback
• Inspectors could reference guest ratings when evaluating cleaning quality
• Better accountability and alignment across the operations team
