Option to exclude financial adjustments from Metrics Net Revenue

Currently, financial adjustments (such as AirCover damage reimbursements) are automatically included in the Net Revenue figures within the Metrics section. In extreme cases, a single large resolution adjustment can be nearly as much as the annual revenue for a property, which significantly skews the data and makes revenue reporting inaccurate.

The request is for a setting, toggle, or new widget that allows users to exclude these adjustments from the Net Revenue calculations in Metrics to ensure a more accurate reflection of actual earnings.
