Option to hide nightly rates on Direct booking site

The user would like the ability to toggle off the visibility of nightly rates on their Direct booking site. This would allow the site to function more as a display channel where guests can still see available dates, but cannot see the prices, enabling the host to negotiate pricing directly with the guest.
