Overnight OR Afterhours Auto Message

Am I the first to say- we NEED an auto message that is sent overnight, or "after hours."

Basically, set up a tool to send an auto message with our pre-determined hours. IE: My auto message from 9PM-7AM EST "Thank you for reaching out, we are currently resting and will get back to you at our earliest convenience..."

How is this not already set up?! Super simple to code this one...
