Owner auto-pay for invoices

Problem statement:

Owners currently must manually initiate payment for each invoice from the Owner Portal. There is no option for owners to enable automatic payments, which creates friction and requires owners to remember to log in and pay when invoices are due.

Current workaround:

Owners receive reminders and must manually log into the Owner Portal to pay one or more invoices when they become due.

Impact:

• Owners may forget to pay invoices on time
• Property managers may need to follow up manually on unpaid invoices
• Creates administrative overhead for both owners and property managers

Proposed solution:

Allow owners to opt into auto-pay from their Owner Portal, so that invoice payments are automatically processed on the due date using their saved payment method.

Unlock:

Owners would have a "set it and forget it" experience, ensuring invoices are paid on time without manual intervention. Property managers would see fewer overdue invoices and reduced follow-up work.
