Please add an option for owners to see nightly pricing directly on their Owner Portal calendar (read-only), so they can understand whether pricing is high/low for specific dates without having to text the property manager.
Problem / why this matters
In a multi-owner setup, owners regularly ask questions like:
“Is this weekend priced high enough?”
“Are holidays/events priced correctly?”
Right now, owners don’t have pricing transparency inside the Owner Portal, which causes constant back-and-forth via text and slows down decisions.
Proposed solution
Add a “Show nightly prices” view in the Owner Portal calendar that displays the nightly rate on each date cell.
Permissions / controls (important)
Make pricing visibility optional (toggle on/off per owner or per property).
Pricing should be view-only by default (no edits).
Respect property scoping: owners should only see pricing for properties they’re assigned.
Nice-to-haves
Show min-stay / check-in / check-out restrictions in a tooltip.
Show whether the rate is coming from dynamic pricing vs a manual override (if available).
Range selection showing average/total for selected dates.
Impact
Reduces owner texting/calls, improves transparency and trust, and makes Owner Portal more useful for multi-owner buildings and managers scaling to many units.
