How do I set up owner statements to show how much was paid out of the owners bank account to the cleaners on owner statements? The way it is set up now it shows that the owner needs to pay the PM.
Hi Chris, take a look at how to configure reservation fees. We won’t know what was paid out of the owner’s bank account, but we can show, for example, that 100% of the cleaning fee should be retained by the owner.

Hi Andrew, I understand that you won’t know what comes out of the owners bank account, but in order for the owners statement to accurately reflect what is paid out to the owner it needs to calculate correctly. In my cases the owners revenue goes to a specific account and then the cleaning fees are paid out of that account. At the end of the month I ACH deposit what is left in the account after each month. Owners payout=reservations payout - PM commissions - cleaning fees paid to cleaners - expenses. I also collet more Revenue on cleaning fees than we pay out to the cleaners.
