Owner Stays should show on Owner Statements
Can we have a way to add a line for owners stays on the invoice even though it was a zero dollar stay. I had an owner review and they were looking at the dates and were confused as to why we didn’t book a weekend that was open. They were there (I know, they should have caught that) but in the statement it just shows a big gap in dates. Thanks!

If you’re curious about the technical… Owner Statements are driven by “journal entries” behind the scenes, and we don’t generate journal entries for something that’s $0. So, we have to do a little extra work to ensure these show up in the absence of a journal entry to drive that. We’ll get it done, standby!
