I would highly recommend adding in the pass through taxes as another guest fee which you can "100%" commission out although there is probably a better way since everything is bundled under "commission" and owners will get confused on why you are charging so much rather than understanding you that is reimbursement for cleaning for example.
If you are collecting money from the owner and then paying them, it is likely you are paying the taxes on their behalf as a property manager. We would need a way to remove those from the owner payout calculation.
