Tax Center that allows Property Managers to manage tax requirements for Direct & Owner Statements

To be compatible with New Zealand GST laws.

New Zealand has 2 tax setups.

For GST registered owners, the property manager collects the taxes and remits to the IRD.

For non GST registered owners, the property management collects the tax, and gives back to the owner a 8.5% credit.

Need the ability to define, at a property level, if the property is/not GST registered.
