Owner Stay Cleans

When inputting bookings for owners - change the default setting for ‘does the owner want a clean’ to yes instead of no.

When making a booking for an owner this setting is currently defaulted to no - but for us owners always want a clean after their stay so ideally we want the default to be yes so as not to miss any cleans.
