The day has come... hosts with beta features enabled can now define a parent-child relationship between Hospitable properties to sync availability across properties! Gone are the days where you're manually blocking dates as fast as you can before they're booked... we've got you covered across all booking platforms - no iCal hacks or anxious manual blocking required 🙌
One feature request to add to this, it would be great if we could have an option to combine pricing for the Parent listing. Basically, Unit A rate + Unit B rate = Parent rate. It would be even better if you could put a premium or discount factor on top of that as well! This would help reduce the number of pricing integrations and simplify keeping the prices competitive.

AI message failed possibly because of this. Have two properties and a third listing if you want to book both as a set. Airbnb blocks the dates of twin (parent) if either daughter property is booked. And blocks both daughters if the twin is booked.
An upcoming guest asked about a potential additional stay dec 24-28, 2023 for a daughter listing he’s already confirmed for for November.
I checked and someone booked the twin starting the 27th so Airbnb duly blocked those dates on the daughter listings, so no he can’t have the daughter 24-28, since the 27th is taken by someone else booking the set of both daughter listings.
I clicked the magic wand to see if AI could see that (even if hospitable doesn’t understand parent/child, it should still see the date is blocked.
AI said “thanks for asking. Sure, those dates are available”
Yikes. I can never use AI without triple checking to see it’s not lying to potential guests.
