Payment Terms Based on Booking Value

Currently, payment terms are set at the property level's booking policy and apply uniformly to all bookings for that property. Hosts have expressed the need for more flexibility, especially when handling smaller vs. larger booking amounts.

    This is needed as for longer/more expensive bookings, guests need a way to stage payments but on smaller bookings we don’t want to mess with several payments and just want them to pay in one go. Would be great if we could set, as an example, if total is above $3,000 then use a payment schedule, otherwise they must pay 100% when booking.
