PDF Export for Metrics Dashboard

Problem Statement:

• Hospitable Metrics only supports CSV export, which displays data as raw rows and columns.
• When sharing performance data with external parties (e.g., banks for loan applications), a CSV file is not presentable or easy to interpret.
• There is no built-in way to generate a visual, formatted report with charts and KPIs.

Current Workaround:

• Export data as CSV and manually recreate charts/tables in a separate tool (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) to create a presentable document.

Impact:

• Time-consuming manual effort to reformat data for external sharing.
• Increased risk of errors when recreating reports manually.
• Professional presentation is compromised when sharing with banks or partners.

Proposed Solution:

• Add a "Export as PDF" option in Metrics that generates a clean, formatted report with charts, KPIs, and property summaries.
