Per-channel scoping for rule-sets (Airbnb-only / Direct-only within the same listing)

Problem
Rule-sets in Hospitable attach to a property/listing, not to a channel. When a property is connected to both Airbnb and Direct (and BDC/Vrbo), the rule-set's pricing, min/max stay, and check-in/out restrictions push to every connected channel. The only carve-out today is discounts (LOS/early-bird/last-minute are Airbnb-only; LOS also pushes to Direct). There is no way to apply a rule-set to Airbnb without it also affecting Direct.

Why this matters
Hosts intentionally run Direct with different terms than Airbnb: lower prices (no OTA fee markup), shorter min-stays, more flexible CICO, allowances for repeat guests / owner stays, last-minute booking windows, channel-specific promos. Rule-sets imported from Airbnb at PMS-connect time currently erase all of that channel differentiation on Direct, which is the opposite of why most hosts set Direct up in the first place.

Requested capability

A scoping selector on each rule-set (or on each restriction within a rule-set) that lets the host choose which channels it applies to — e.g. Airbnb-only, Direct-only, BDC-only, or any combination. Default could remain "all channels" for backwards compatibility, with an explicit per-channel opt-out.

Workarounds today (all unsatisfactory)

1.  Untick property from rule-set → also removes from Airbnb.
2.  Delete rule-set → also removes from Airbnb; originals on Airbnb were cleared at import and aren't restorable.
3.  Keep rule-set → Direct continues to mirror Airbnb terms.

Adjacent ask
Also worth considering: a "skip / disable" toggle on the rule-set import prompt at Airbnb PMS connection (currently the prompt offers all / select / none but is one-shot and easy to misclick).
