Per-Property Direct Settings (Premium vs Basic)

Problem Statement:

• Direct settings are account-wide, not per-property
• EU/Greek properties are ineligible for Direct Premium (only US/UK/AU eligible)
• Switching to Direct Basic affects ALL properties, removing protections from eligible ones

Current Workaround:

• None available — forced to either keep all properties on Premium (blocking EU properties) or switch all to Basic (losing protections on eligible properties)

Impact:

• EU properties can't use Direct without affecting other properties
• Or all properties lose chargeback protection, damage protection, and guest vetting

Proposed Solution:

• Make Direct settings configurable per-property so eligible properties stay on Premium while ineligible ones use Basic
• If Direct settings remain account-wide, they should only apply to eligible properties (US/UK/AU) and not force ineligible ones (EU) into Basic

Unlock:

• Hosts can use Direct Premium for eligible properties and Direct Basic for ineligible ones without compromising protections on eligible properties
