Please Add “Door Code / Lock Issue” as a Question Topic

Hi Hospitable Team,

I’d like to submit a feature request regarding the Questions automation.

Currently, there isn’t a “Door Code / Lock Issue” topic available in the Questions dropdown. Since door access problems are fairly common and time-sensitive, it would be extremely helpful to have a dedicated topic for door code, smart lock, or access-related issues.

Right now, Questions only supports a fixed list of topics (WiFi, Parking, Late Check-in, etc.), which makes it difficult to automate responses for access-related problems — even though they’re one of the most urgent types of guest messages.

Adding a “Door Code / Lock Issue” topic (or allowing custom question topics) would greatly improve automation and response speed for hosts.
