Post-check-in installment payments for long-term stays

The ability to schedule installment payments for Direct bookings that occur after the guest has checked in, similar to Airbnb's long-term stay model. Specifically, the guest would pay for the first month upfront before check-in, and then their payment method would be charged automatically each month thereafter (in advance of the next month).
