"Preferred Customer Program" - The ability to set discounts for repeat guests automatically, based on their review rating of their previous stay

for my listing. The idea is that anyone who has left my listing a 5-star review would be eligible for the program. I want to set up this program so that they can apply 15% of their previous stays (nightly rate only) as a credit towards a future stay. And invite them to book via the direct listing page - saving them EVEN MORE money by avoiding Airbnb service fees.
