It would be great if there could be an automatic price increase for guests staying just one night. This would be a big help for folks coming in for just game day or a single-night event. It is hard to turn off the 2-night minimum when property carrying costs are not spread over 2 nights.

    Hi @Sarah Tremaine ! This one is tricky. We set the pricing on the calendar without knowing how many nights a guest will want to book, so can’t exactly foresee this enough to apply a premium price.

    Is there an adjustment you might be able to make to the cleaning fee to ensure your costs are covered either way?
