Preparation Time doesn't work with VRBO

I have enabled the “Preparation Time” feature and set it to 1 day. It works as expected, automatically blocking off the day before a booking. That information syncs to AirBnB, but does not sync to VRBO. I created a support request and they manually synced the VRBO calendar, and the issue persists.

The rest of my VRBO calendar syncs correctly. In fact, an AirBnB booking syncs to the VRBO calendar with the additional days for preparation time, but my VRBO bookings do not have the day of preparation time added automatically. I have manually updated all my current bookings except one in April, just to have an easy way to repro the problem. If you think this is not a general problem, but something specific to my account, feel free to follow up with me via the support request.
