Prevent manually rescheduled task from being updated by changes to the rule timing or reservation CICO

A task that was already rescheduled by the user gets updated to follow the rule Timing when the reservation's check-in/check-out time is changed. We should "preserve" a manually modified task like we do for messages, or at least provide the option for a user to enable such preservation mode
