Preview Rendered Shortcodes in Guest Experience

Currently, when previewing messaging rules in the Guest Experience section, shortcodes (such as %guidebook%) are displayed as plain text or the raw shortcode. It would be very helpful to have these render as actual clickable links in the preview, so hosts can verify exactly what the guest will see and click before the message is sent.
