To further enhance this excellent idea, I’d like to propose the following additions:
Price History Display: Include a feature (eventually) under the "Notes" box when selecting a specific date in the calendar to show the price history for that date. This could display the prices set in the past and the dates they were updated, ideally visualized through a graph for easier reference.
Booking Trends: Provide insights into whether the selected date was booked in previous years (T-1 and T-2), including the price at which it was booked and the timing of the bookings. This historical data would help identify booking patterns, understand demand trends, and optimize pricing strategies for similar dates in the future.
I imagine, Hospitable already stores this data somewhere in the back end. Integrating it into the interface would be highly beneficial. These enhancements would significantly improve access to actionable pricing intelligence, helping to make more informed and strategic decisions.

This would be amazing to have the option to do this. That way I don’t manually have to change my pricing every year unless I need to update it. It should be as simple as a check box when changing pricing much like what Vrbo does.
