Pricing functionality ideas

Functionality that would differentiate Hospitable from other pricing tools would be:

1. Ability to set prices for each platform (OTAs and direct). I know we can do that to a certain extent but have it be easy from a visual standpoint in the UI.

2. Toggle to be able to see the total nightly rates that includes the markup we have set for each listing (on OTAs or direct premium). Idea here is we see what nightly rates are without having to do any math behind the scenes. It’s very hard to evaluate pricing without adding the markups for each platform.

3. Allow long term booking even if a few dates are blocked. Be able to have blocked dates for short term but appear unblocked for long term.
For example, I block some dates around Christmas because I don't want to rent for less than a week during that period (block Dec. 21-26). However, I would love to rent for the full month or longer. I would like to be able to accept long term rentals even though I have blocked dates during any given month. It would be amazing if my listing could appear in search results when a traveller does a search for a 30 days or more.
