Pricing Recommendation Nudges

I’d love a simple “Pricing Nudges” feature like PriceLabs. It would scan each listing weekly and surface helpful suggestions on the base price or minimum price that we have set (without auto-changing anything)

Examples:

• Base price nudge: If your current base price is drifting from what the market suggests, show a quick recommendation with one-click apply (or ignore).

• Minimum price nudge: If lots of upcoming nights are stuck at your minimum price, suggest lowering it slightly to boost bookings.

Why this helps:

• Saves time across multiple listings - no need to manually review each one

• Keeps prices competitive with clear, easy tips

• Full control: you can accept or ignore any nudge

This would make dynamic pricing faster and more effective for all of us managing multiple properties.
