We will reach out to as many people as possible to onboard you in a 15-20 minute Zoom call. You are under no obligation during the call to enable pricing if you don’t want to.
If you’re already using dynamic pricing, you can still try Hospitable pricing on some or all of your properties without having to disconnect
If you try it out and decide it’s not for you, you can disable it at any time, and we will revert all of your prices to what they were prior to enabling dynamic pricing.

I don’t think it is value add to compete with Pricelabs but what would be helpful is to coordinate with PL and provide them the Airbnb data on our views to combine listing traffic with market data for the most powerful pricing algorithim.

I really want at minimum price with seasonal up charges, I use 20% and 50% over the seasonal and I would like a down charge for slow times like 10-15-20% discounts to program to go off at a week or two out when things are slow.
