Printable commission agreement settings and sample Owner Statement

The settings page lacks clear guidance on which options apply in different scenarios, and there's no way to show owners what their statements will look like before the first reservation is processed.

Provide two new capabilities in the Owner Statements area:

  • Printable PDF export of Reservation Commission Agreement settings — a clean, client-facing document that shows all configured commission rules, fee splits, and payout directions
  • Sample/demo Owner Statement generator — the ability to generate a mock statement that demonstrates all configured settings in action (e.g., pets, upsells, different platforms, fee splits) even if those scenarios haven't occurred yet in a real month
