PRIORITY SUPPORT

I already pay nearly $300 a month for this services, have you ever considered priority support for folks that have over a certain amount of listings with you? One of the main reasons I signed up almost 4 years ago was that there was such quick/promt replies with support, that has really changed for the worse. I understand not being able to get back with in an hour or so, but days and or dozens of hours at a time waiting for help is not ideal when you are trying to run a business over here on this end. It does not feel good to pay so much and feel like my questions are not "a priority". All of your clients/hosts should be your priority if they are paying for your service.
