Private reservation notes that notify teammates

Description:

Hosts can add internal/private notes to a reservation, but teammates aren’t automatically notified when those notes are added or updated.

Request: Add an option for reservation notes to trigger a teammate notification (email/SMS) and/or allow a notification rule to include “Reservation notes” in the message body.

Why it matters / use case:

Early/late arrival details

Special cleaning instructions

Maintenance heads-up

Anything operational that should be seen immediately by cleaners/front desk

Expected behavior:

When a host adds/edits reservation notes, a “Reservation note added/updated” event can notify selected teammate roles/teams.

Notification can include the note content (and basic reservation details like property + dates).
