Promo Code for Slow Season

I would love to be able to define my slow season and have a promo code that is only available during that season/part of the year… ie for us December-February are the slowest months of the year, we’d love to be able to offer a discount just for that season each year automatically using a code. Right now we have to go in and manually adjust the date range each year.
