Proper horizontal scrollbar in calendar at bottom of window not last row

Without magic mouse/trackpad I can’t scroll horizontally anymore, because the scrollbar doesn’t show without scrolling first (chrome osx).

With horizontal scrolling I still suffered because I have 35 properties now, and the scrollbar is not at the bottom of the window, but at the bottom beneath row 35. With that you have to go down first, to scroll right, and then scroll up again and through that process you often get lost as the relevant row often scrolls out of view when going down and so you have to search again which row it was that needed adjustments.
