Property-Level Default Language for Automated Messages
Currently, Hospitable relies on the guest's initial conversation language or a global account fallback for automated messages. This creates issues for hosts managing properties in different regions (e.g., Israeli properties where guests should receive Hebrew by default).
Requested Feature: The ability to configure a default language for automated messages at the individual property level, independent of the account-wide fallback.
Requirements:
- Property Isolation: The default language must be configurable independently for each property, without affecting other properties or clients managed under the same account.
- Scheduled Messages: The property-level default should apply to all automated messages, including the first booking confirmation and subsequent scheduled messages (check-in instructions, checkout reminders, review requests), whenever the guest's preferred language has not been explicitly established.
- Preference Priority: If a guest explicitly communicates in another language, that expressed preference should take priority over the property default.
