I’d love to see Hospitable add a Maintenance tab where property managers can track maintenance issues across all of their properties in one place.
One feature that would be especially useful is the ability to create a maintenance task directly from a guest conversation. For example, if a guest messages that a door handle is broken, there could be an option on that message to “Create Maintenance Task.” It could automatically pull in the property, issue, and relevant guest message, then allow you to assign the task to a maintenance team member.
Since Hospitable already helps identify and manage guest issues through messaging, having a built-in maintenance workflow would make it much easier to make sure issues don’t get lost after they’re reported and would keep property operations in one platform.
