Property Manager/CoHost Income on Metrics Dashboard
Now that Hospitable has defined “business types” (cohost, manager, renter, etc), It would be good to see the total business income for that business type. Especially considering hospitable knows what the income split is for each property (15%, 20%, 25% of gross revenue or gross revenue minus cleaning).
Example:
All properties, date range 5/1/25-5/31/25
Total Revenue - $10,000
Business Revenue - $1,500

Hey @Kyle Lancaster ! We plan to allow you to filter Metrics by Business in the near future! We have a few projects we need to ship first, but then we’ll return to Metrics with a renewed focus… there is a lot of room for improvement here.
What else would you like to see with an improved Metrics product?

Thanks for responding Emily! Thinking of metrics that could be added, I know y’all are working on things like owner payouts, it would be good to see:
Total ($) owner payouts (for the given property/dates)
This could also be in sync with the property’s accounting transactions
Total # of cleaning appointments and $ payouts
Not necessarily related metrics/dashboard, but it would also be really cool if you could employ your Ai model to scan guest reviews (public and private) and guest messages to create a action list of each property. The action list would be improvements or maintenance items suggested by guests. It could also in turn create a list of the most loved features at a property using the same data.
