This would greatly aid in Hospitable being a full-scale PMS software.

There are times when the owner using property extensively or there is a large repair (HVAC, pool cover, etc) and it shows a negative balance for the period. I carry the negative balance to the next month but still send owner statement detail to the owner for that period.
