Property ranking widget by occupancy rate

Problem statement:

Hosts with multiple properties currently lack a quick, visual way to compare listing performance. There's no built-in view that ranks properties by occupancy rate, making it difficult to identify which listings are underperforming and need attention.

Current workaround:

Hosts must manually check each property's occupancy rate individually or export data to create their own comparisons in spreadsheets.

Impact:

• Time-consuming to manually compare performance across multiple listings
• Harder to spot underperforming properties early
• Missed opportunities to optimize pricing, marketing, or listing quality for struggling properties

Proposed solution:

Add a custom widget option in Metrics that ranks all properties by occupancy rate, allowing hosts to quickly see top and bottom performers at a glance.

Hosts would be able to instantly identify which properties need attention, make faster data-driven decisions, and optimize their portfolio performance more efficiently.
