Proportional Host Fee in Commissionable Base Calculation

The user would like more flexibility when defining the commissionable base in agreements and statements. Specifically, they need the ability to exclude the cleaning fee from the commissionable base while simultaneously including only a specific proportion (rather than the full amount) of the host service fee. Currently, the system only allows for the full host fee to be included or excluded.
