Hey @Gina Beebe ! We are actually no longer working on our “Questions” feature because our AI Reply features are more powerful and can do a much better job! If you haven’t already, I’d recommend checking out your Knowledge Hub to make sure that the tablet password is stored there, so AI can answer those types of questions correctly.
