I upgraded to mogul thinking this would already be a feature. I didn’t appreciate the owner statements wouldn’t actually be for owner managers

Transparently, we also underestimated the number of owner/self-managers who would need this! It became more clear to us after watching usage and hearing feedback, and learning that Owner Statements were being used in this way.
I see you’ve set up an Owner Business for your 3 properties 🙌🏻 How does the Profit & Loss Report look for you? I’m curious if you feel this P&L meets your needs, or is there still a desire to get this connected to Quickbooks?

No I don’t think it does. I’ve raised this through the chat forum but nobody has gotten back to me on my latest message. I’d appreciate if someone could please.

Some thoughts as an owner/operater who does his own bookkeping in QBO.
I’ve been using my QBO for years and would love the integration between Hospitable and QBO to work for owners as well.
Would their be a plan to have “balance sheet” data within the native Hospitable accounting plan? I’m thinking of tracking Capital Improvements, Depreciation, etc…
Another thought…within Quickbooks one may have properties in different LLCs. The way I treat this is to use the “Location” tracking between different “entities”. It would be awesome if we could also map properties to specific “Locations” as well as “Classes”. I see great value in having a strong integration for owners in QBO. To note : I’d wait for an strong Hospitable Property Owner and QBO integration over utilizing native Hospitable accounting. If it’s not in the plans I may have to make adjustments/changes.
