Rack rates displayed and can be used for manual invoices

I use rack rates vs dynamic pricing for my repeating guests, it would be good to have this displayed somehow along side the dynamic pricing and have weekly/monthly discounts applied during the manual booking process. 65% of my business is direct repeat manual entries and I have to calculate all my bookings on a spreadsheet to enter into the system, worse case if you can allow me to override each nightly price from the dynamic to my own choosing on a nightly basis.
