Re-categorize fees to break out guest fees for Airbnb special offers

When an Airbnb guest accepts a special offer, Airbnb communicates a single amount to us without breaking out any guest fees. This means that cleaning fees are not categorized, or reported separately on Owner Statements or Invoices.

We’d like to re-categorize the financials communicated by Airbnb, to ensure that guest fees posted at the time of booking are accounted for, for more accurate reporting on Owner Statements and Invoices.

For example, if the guest accepts a special offer for $500, but we know you charge a $150 cleaning fee, we’ll report the following:

• Accommodation: $350

• Cleaning fee: $150
