Recurring Annual Blocking for Seasonal Properties

Problem Statement:

• Hosts with seasonal properties must manually block off-season dates every year
• No way to set date ranges (e.g., January 1 to March 31) to automatically repeat annually
• This creates unnecessary repetitive work each year

Current Workaround:

• Manually select date ranges in Calendar and set them to Blocked each year
• Can block far in advance, but still requires annual repetition

Impact:

• Wastes time repeating the same blocking task every year
• Risk of forgetting to block dates, leading to unwanted bookings during closed seasons

Proposed Solution:

• Add support for recurring annual blocks in Hospitable
• Allow hosts to set date ranges that automatically repeat each year without manual intervention

Unlock:

• Hosts would be able to set seasonal closures once and have them apply automatically every year
• Eliminates repetitive manual work and reduces risk of booking errors during closed seasons
