Remove 5-day hold on Marketplace top-up funds

Currently, funds added to the Marketplace balance are subject to a 5-calendar-day hold before they can be withdrawn. This is especially frustrating in cases where the funds were never actually sent to a guest or cleaner's bank account, meaning there is no external transaction to justify the hold. With the availability of real-time transfers, this hold period is seen as unnecessary. The request is to remove or significantly reduce this hold period to allow for immediate withdrawals.
