It would be great to have an event message for „Smartlock code first used“. This would allow sending messages after real check in, when information is actually needed.
YES!! After Arrival message→ Currently, it is set for 3 hours after Check-In time. However, some Check-In early and don’t even get in the door until they are asking about where the pool key is OR guests arrive at 9pm (and they tell you this previously) and the auto message goes out at 7pm (3 hours after Check-in). - Currently, too many manual edits required, guests asking questions that are included in the After Arrival message OR auto messages go out and guest is “I told you I would not be there until 9pm”
