Reservations iCal: allow users to set an 'All day' option for events

Currently, the events in the iCal run from the check-in time to check-out time, so the event is displayed over the check-out date on the calendar app. The user may want to only see the event over the actual booked nights, and so it would be helpful for them to be able to generate iCals where the events are set to 'All day' and spanning only the first to last booked nights.
